Features and cost

Hello,

Thank you for the excellent and powerful plugin. I am not sure this is the correct way to contact you, but I cannot find any other method.

I am developing two family frees (for either side of my family). One is at https://senguptasofguthiya.com/the-family-tree and the other at https://roychoudhury.in/family-tree.

I have a request. Certain features are not available in the free version. For example. I want to create a blog for every person and there is no custom field. In addition, in the “add facts” section you have so many options but Marriage is not available. Could this be added in? I would like to add marriage dates.

The price of the paid version is prohibitively expensive for us, and there is no way I can afford it. So I would just request you to please let us free users have at least 2-3 custom fields and a bit of visual tweaks.

Some issues:
1. When viewing on a phone the extremely left portion of the tree does not show up. I believe nor does the bottom.

2. While filling in data, the different sections taking in data different. For example, the date of birth top of form uses YYYY-MM-DD, while the add facts uses MM-DD-YYYY. This increases chances of error. And why does it not take the date directly… why enter it twice? Similarly when you set A as spouse of B, data of A should automatically reflect B as spouse.

3. When viewing, the free version does not allow photos (wish it did). Then perhaps it should not show the photo placeholders. It takes up space.

4. Some form of control on what is displayed in each box would be nice. So would a semi-bold text for the name to set it apart.
