Thanks for reaching out. I spend some time this afternoon and released a new version with official support for the latest WordPress and WooCommerce.

The pro version of the plugin does IP lookups and will show you where the abandoned carts are coming from. Did you check it out already?

when using cartbounty plugin several other users products added to cart are shown within in 24 hours there are approx 90 cases but in your plugin only 10 items are there ,does your plugin record cart action from outside india users

Hi @anand99 yes the plugin will show carts started by users anywhere in the world.

A big problem with abandoned cart plugins is bots and crawlers adding items to carts which causes fake carts. I’m not saying this is what you’re seeing, however our plugin has a lot of code to detect and ignore these bots and crawlers.

Do you think that might be what you’re seeing?

@anand99 also, another sanity check would be to check out what’s being recorded in Google Analytics. Do you have that option?

1.i have google analytic activated but dont know how to see cart abandoned could u guide me

2.iam using cloudfare as front end proxy server ,and when the captured ip of user is checked the isp and org shows cloudfare, is your plugin getting confused and capturing my own ip address of cloudfare.

As for the Cloud Flare, yes it’s entirely possible in your set up that the IP address being recorded is that of your proxy server. Are all of the IP addresses the same?
