    Pardon my question, if it is odd, I am a WordPress newbie.

    Not sure if this is related to the functionality of this plugin, but can I add flags for switching site language from front-end?

    I can’t seem to find the settings.

    Thank you for your question, but no. This is not a language plugin, nor a translation plugin.

    This plugin will help you tell Google the locations of translated pages of your content, via the hreflang attributes.
