  • I am having the same issue as well.
    https://www.whyhopeworks.org/events/

When using the next month and previous month links, all events disappear. However, after refreshing the page the events show up and the “Events In” value changes.

    Same issue here: https://understandingmymedicare.com/events/

    And here: https://sewtropolis.com/calendar/month/

A simple fix perhaps? I’ll look forward to seeing this issue resolved soon!

    Thanks team

Same issue, but I found it’s a lot bigger than just February as half the months give this error. On my staging site I made a test event in each month through January 2015:

Jan: Works fine, bar shows 2014-01
Feb: No events, bar shows 2014-03
Mar: Works fine, bar shows 2014-03
Apr: No events, bar shows 2014-05
May: Works fine, bar shows 2014-05
Jun: No events, bar shows 2014-07
Jul: Works fine, bar shows 2014-07
Aug: Works fine, bar shows 2014-08
Sep: No events, bar shows 2014-10
Oct: Works fine, bar shows 2014-10
Nov: No events, bar shows 2014-12
Dec: Works fine, bar shows 2014-12

While I haven’t made any test events past Jan ’14, I notice the bar holds the same month pattern: 01, 03, 03, 05, 05, 07, 07, 08, 10, 10, 12, 12. Same for going in reverse to view past events.

It’s like it only works for months with a full 31 days, and messes up for the months with 30 or less.

I’m having this same problem. I’ve tried it on a fresh WP install with no other plugins and it still fails on months like February.

Anyone have a better Calendar plugin they suggest?

I’m also having the same problem. It is also functioning the same way as CALauer85.

I’m not sure whats happened but my calendar seems back on track since the first of the year has passed. I wonder if this problem will come and go and what caused it? I hope its gone but sure would have been nice for the Tribe to see the error while it was happening. Now its like complaining about a car problem and the mechanic says “I don’t see anything wrong”.

My calendar is back on track as well, but this isn’t the first time this issue has happened:

Either they haven’t rolled out their fix yet, or their fix didn’t fix it completely. ??

Hey everyone. Thanks for the reports here. Howdy, folks. You are indeed seeing a bug in our current release. Our apologies for that.

As we noted in our reply over on the PRO forums: this all stems from needing to swap out the legacy datepicker that we’ve been relying on for one that works with the current state of things. Unfortunately, this turns out to be a huge lift that affects many aspects of our plugin(s). As such, it’s taking more time than we’d hoped to make sure that everything is in order.

That said, we are aiming for this to ship with the upcoming release that we’re working on at the moment. If there’s any way that we can get an interim solution to you before then, rest assured that we’ll make that happen.

Again, apologies for the issues with February. Please know that this is a top priority for us and we’ll get out a fix as soon as we possibly can.

Thanks for your patience! Once we’ve got the new datepicker in place with this build, it should make for a much smoother experience across the board.

I’m not sure if this is a related issue, but whenever I click the “Next Events” link on the list view on event pages the loading wheel appears, and the entire site hangs until you manually reload the page. Doesn’t matter what page you manually navigate to, all the next event links just spin.

Hi silvertek, I suspect that is a quite different issue – if you can post a new thread of your own (and ideally share a link to your site) we can definitely take a look, thanks!

    Hi folks,

I’m happy to report that we have fixed this in our upcoming version 3.4. Keep an eye on your Plugins page for an update message! Thanks for your patience while we worked on this.

    Best,
    Leah
