Fed tax id required to download

  • Why do you require a federal tax id and connectivity information to the website it’s going to be installed on in order to even download the Premium version? And why am I sitting here on my hands wondering when support is going to get back to me about this problem?

    A federal tax id is not required for identification. You have my payment, I have no plugin. Connectivity information is not required for downloading software. Giving connectivity information for a website to an unknown entity is risky and at this point, you definitely don’t need it. Get your website fixed so that this problem doesn’t occur.

    Regarding your issue, our tax system requires that in the presence of a “Company Name” is mandatory to enter the “VAT Number”.
    If you leave the “Company Name” field empty “VAT Number” will not be required.
    Try in this way and let me know. If you have bought our plugin is why you need it ??
