FedEx does not appear in all countries

    Hi!
    Thank you for your plugin.

    I have a question. I can see FedEx options when I choose for example Ukraine or Afghanistan (I just made random clicks, so maybe it’s not a full list). But when I choose USA or Portugal I can’t see FedEx options.

    Is this due to the fact that I am using the free version or is there some other problem?

    Hello @aquarellfarbe,

    there might be other problem.

    In your FedEx plugin settings, did you check the Enable FedEx global shipping method checkbox?

    The addresses must be entered using post code, did you enter them for all locations?

    Indeed, that was the problem. When I test it on Ukraine I see that FedEx options are here, regardless of the postcode. But in the other locations, I need to add this in the field.
