Yes, I confirm that according to the FedEx guidelines 150 lbs is their max acceptable weight limit:

If the cart total weight exceeds 150 lbs you can split them e.g. to two 75 lbs parcels or more by choosing Parcel Packing Method: Pack into custom boxes and defining your own boxes the products will be packed to and shipped in. Optionally you can also choose to pack each product separately. Please mind that splitting the shipment into 2 or more packages will do the job if the 150 lbs cart total weight consists of a few products. It won’t work if there is only one heavy 150+ lbs product in the cart since it cannot be splitted in such case. However, as you mentioned this feature is available only in the plugin’s PRO version and unfortunately we are not supposed to discuss about the PRO plugins here.
