Fedex Shipping Rates

    I have been trying most of the day to get the shipping rate to show up using the fedex shipping rate plugin.

    I have taken the following steps:

    1) Installed Jigoshop.
    2) Purchased and Installed Fedex Shipping Rates Jigoshop Plugin
    3) Activated the Fedex Shipping Rates License
    4) Setup the API, Password, Account, and Meter in the Jigoshop Shipping Settings
    5) Created a new product

    I have gone through the ordering process up to the PayPal screen, yet I have not seen a place to select shipping type nor does the total of the order increase above the product cost. Shipping field shows blank on shopping cart page.

    What do I need to do?

    Please advise.

    The first step would be to check the following:
    1. Do the products have a set weight?
    2. Do the products have set dimensions?
    3. Is the shipping method turned on?
