Fedex shipping rates not working

    Hi support,

    I am using fedex to calculate shipping rates on my site (www.kleenaturals.com) as one of the shipping method, but on cart/checkout page it not showing me the shipping prices.

    As I have fill the required “Fedex Account Settings ” https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/showImage?img_id=2542803. But in cart/checkout page I get the authentication error and shipping prices are not showing.

    Please help me in fixing this. Looking forward to your reply.

  • Hi gautam14,

    The Authentication error only appears when the FedEx credentials are not correct.
    Please make sure you have given correct live/test credentials as per the production/test key chosen on the settings page.
    If the issue persists, please contact FedEx.
