Fee increase by 100% without informing

    The fee was 1% – which is still written on their website.

    Increased to 2% without sending an email or any other message.

    Jakub, sorry for any confusion this caused, our 1% fee was just introductory (the temporary nature of this rate was mentioned in all of our initial emails). If you feel like you have fees out there that you aren’t happy with, let us know by contacting us on our support form. We’ll be happy to refund any of our fees you’re not happy with. Thanks! Blair
