    We are using the plugin ‘Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce’ to add a bank fee. Since we upgraded to the latest Woocommerce version we no longer see the Fee on the PDF Tax Invoice, but we do see it on the Proforma Invoice document; however, these may have been generated before the upgrade. I have tried updating to the latest PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce plugin and I have tried removing the ‘Fees’ row and re-adding it via the Customizer, but neither actions help it appear on the invoice.

    So when an order is changed from ‘on hold’ to ‘completed’ the fee no longer displays anywhere, but it is still calculated in the total somehow.

    This means it is also not displaying on any invoices.

    For some reason the record for the “fee” is missing in the wp_woocommerce_order_items table when the order status changes to completed.
    Adding the relevant entries in wp_woocommerce_order_items and wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta?tables for the respective order gets the fee displaying again.

    Hi @jgramp, we are are trying to replicate the issue. In the meantime, can you provide some screenshots of the setup of the plugin and the issue you are having? Also, I want to know whether the fees is missing from Order page itself when you change the status from On hold to Completed?

    @rjnl, thank you for your help. I asked our developer to have a look at the code as well.

    I have the same problem and noticed that, once the order is updated to ‘complete,’ the fees disappear, even for other payment methods that are not supposed to be affected by the plugin

    Could you kindly confirm whether the fees has been removed from WooCommerce Order page when the order is updated? As we are not able to replicate the issue you mentioned.

    Thank you for your response. With the plugin enabled, all fees are removed every time the order status is changed to completed. Unfortunately, I can’t operate like that as fees make up a significant part of my application. Therefore, I removed the plugin and implemented my own solution.
