Fee on PayPal Express Checkout not working

    Hello,

    I am trying to get this plugin to work together with PAyPal Express Checkout.
    It is working fine with Creditcard payments, but it will not work with the paypal option.

    Is there anything I am doing wrong or is this plugin not comptatible with the paypal express checkout?
