Wow–that’s a lot of questions! Let me make sure I cover them all:
1-3, first post) This hinges on what you mean by “subscription”. If you mean “a listing that has a recurring payment on a regular time period, like $30/month”, yes we have that. You can create fee plans to support any number of these with any length or fee amount and image counts. Our main gateways (Stripe, PayPal, 2Checkout) all support recurring payments now, although each is slightly different. I think PP and Stripe are probably the best of the two based on vendor support.
1, second post) We allow for refunds in the 1st 30 days if you run into a technical issue we can’t solve. The full policy is outlined here for you to read: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/terms
2, second post) We always allow you to upgrade to higher packages at any time later by paying the difference. So if you buy one module today, and want to move to the Combo Pack, you can do so by paying the difference ($150).
The translation of the plugin is not just dependent on the PO/MO file. There are other strings to do (e.g. field labels, email text) in the settings. We outline most of that here: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/quick-start-guide/#translate
