    Hello tatummatlock,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

Could you please share screenshots of the Shipping Options you have set up?
Also, share screenshots of the checkout page where incorrect calculations are showing up.
You may use a tool like https://snipboard.io to share images with me.

I will use that information to recreate the issue on my test site and find out what is happening.

Looking forward to your response. ??

Hi there, thanks for the quick reply. Here are some screenshots:

    Ground Flat Rate: https://snipboard.io/Pu7lqo.jpg
    Overnight Flat Rate: https://snipboard.io/HerZy6.jpg

Cart page which shows “0” for Ground and “$40” for Overnight (that’s the minimum I had set)

It’s not calculating the percentage. Let me know if you need any other information. Thanks again.

    Hi @tatummatlock

Thanks for sharing the screenshot! I noticed that both the Ground Flat Rate (2-8 days) and Overnight Flat Rate cost settings had curly quotes, specifically after the fee percent condition here and here.

Please replace the curly quotes with straight quotes. For example, cost of your “Ground Flat Rate (2-8 days)” should be [fee percent="10"] and “Overnight Flat Rate” should be [fee percent="30" min_fee="40"].

Once you update these, test to see if the fees calculate correctly. Let us know the outcome.

That worked! Thank you. I just want to point out that I copied this code directly from this page of your documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/flat-rate-shipping/#advanced-costs and then added my own values. I normally do it this way to prevent situations like this where I use the wrong character. I’m not sure if it’s possible to replace those in the documentation with the correct quotes in case this happens to someone else. Thanks again for your help!

    Hi @tatummatlock

I’m glad to hear it worked! Also, thanks for pointing out the documentation/source. It’s likely because one was a curly quote, and the others were changed to straight quotes. But we’ll definitely look into it!

If anything else comes up, please feel free to open a new topic. ??
