    Hello
    I have a problem with the feed.
    When I come to Refresh the feed manually, after pressing refresh, I get the blinking PROCESSING (0%) and then after 5 seconds it dissapeares and is replaced by Ready and that’s it.
    I checked the upload folder on the server and the tmp file is created with the 598bytes size but it doesn’t get bigger.
    on the Cron Side, woosea_cron_hook is present, i even run it manually, but the result is the same
    No error messages, nothing
    I deactivated the plugin and reactivated it and same result
    I also deactivated my feed and it became grey, now when i try to reactivate it, it doesn’t, i refresh the page and the button goes back to grey

  • Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. On what version of the plugin are you currently?

    Also, can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us so we can see how you configured your feed? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Impossible for me to reactivate the feed.
    There is definitely something wrong
    i am on Version 10.6.2

    According to your debug.log URL these are the dates your feed updated:

    Instagram
    [26 Jul 2021 23:09] => 4661
    [29 Jul 2021 13:18] => 4662
    [04 Aug 2021 15:19] => 9827
    [05 Aug 2021 10:22] => 5262
    [07 Aug 2021 21:12] => 4662
    [01 Sep 2021 15:12] => 4666

    Copy Instagram
    [06 Apr 2021 07:35] => 4610
    [06 Apr 2021 08:23] => 4610
    [06 Apr 2021 15:40] => 4610
    [10 Apr 2021 23:44] => 4610
    [11 Apr 2021 12:34] => 4612
    [11 Apr 2021 15:40] => 4612

    Hence, you seem to be having update issues for quite some time already (as in month to half a year).

    Did you already check your WooCommerce fatal error logs to see if your webserver happens to run into maximum execution time or maximum allowed CPU issues?

    The second feed was deactivated, it was just a test feed thats why the last update was 11apr2021

    The feed called instagram is the main one, and i only manually refresh it when i have made changes to the products

    my last update was 12 days ago

    I just checked the woocommerce fatal errors log and nothing is there
    How can you explain that I am unable to re-activate the feed that i juts disabled.
    The button goes to green but when i refresh the page, the button is greyed out again

    Whatever I do, I am unable to reactivate the 2 feeds that were disabled.

    I created a new third feed and it is activated, but the 2 original ones and just greyed out now

    There is something wrong with the plugin

    I created a new feed, and when i run the manual refresh, it says Processing (0%) and then stopped
    Nothing is happening

    With regards to a feed you cannot enable again. Just add &force-active=true to your URL on your manage feed page. So the URL becomes something like this:
    ../wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&force-active=true

    Dear Sir,
    After many problems during the past 2.5 years using your plugin and always having refresh problems like many do, today I finally decided to make the step and move to another plugin.
    I have moved to the CTX Feed plugin and after all the settings and mappings, i was surprised on how seamless was the feed creation. it literally took less than 2 minutes to generate my entire product feed with 4666 products whereas with your plugin it used to take over 20minutes with 60%-70% chance of having the feed creation hang and I had to start all over again after disabling the plugin and re-enabling it.
    After using the plugin for over 2 years i came to the conclusion that the code on which relies the plugin to generate the feed is shaky. this forum is full of support requests with people complaining about this problem.

    I am sad to stop using this plugin which i got accustomed to but at the same time glad that I now can generate my feed with zero stress as in the past when I used to worry about it hanging in the middle of the refresh and i had to lose time to restart it.

    Thank you for all the support that you have given me during the past 2.5 years.

    I am having a similar issue. The feed remains at 0 and does not move. I have extended the php_execution_time but have not seen any success. Additionally, when looking at the plugin’s log, the last entry is from May (i.e. the new feed that I am having trouble with is not showing in the log). https://janomestore.com.au/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/logs/debug.log
    In the site’s error log, I have this error relating to the plugin:
    [16-Sep-2021 00:20:01 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /home4/pzbsnomy/public_html/marketplacesite/wp-content/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/classes/class-get-products.php on line 4016

    Interestingly, if I refresh the page, I occasionally get an error 500 message. Is there a solution to resolve this?

    Hi,

    Both of your feeds stopped updating on the 29th of May already so something must have happened back then.

    Did you already try disabling and re-enabling the plugin? That will recreate all cron hooks/event needed for the updating of your feeds.

    I also noticed that you are on a pretty old version of our plugin, can you please update it to the most recent version?

    Hi,

    Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

    Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support-team again whenever you need our help.
