    Hey Carter,

Are the sites on different web servers? If so, then it’s likely a server config issue. On the second site could you go to the plugin’s Settings page in WordPress and click on the Support tab. Could you then tell me what the System Info says? Could also click on the ‘Test Connection to Facebook API’ button and let me know whether you receive an error or blank box?

    Thanks!

    John,
    Thanks for the speedy response.

The sites are on two different servers.

Here is my system info on:https://creative-va.com/.
    – PHP Version: 5.3.3
    – Web Server Info: Apache
    – PHP allow_url_fopen: Yes
    – PHP cURL: Yes JSON: Yes

When I click the ‘Test Connection to Facebook API’ button I get a blank box.

    Hey no problem.

If you’re getting a blank box then that means something is blocking your site from connecting to the Facebook API. This is usually some kind of security measure installed on your web server, such as a firewall or proxy, which is blocking the connection. In this situation I usually recommend just firing off a quick email to your web hosting support team to ask if any such security measure is in place. Let them know that you’re trying to connect to https://graph.facebook.com. They’re usually able to add that domain to a whitelist so that the site is able to connect.

Feel free to let me know if your hosting support team have any specific questions or what their response is.
