Please make sure that you are running the latest FTS free version (currently 2.9.6.3). And that you are not running any Facebook blocking extensions in your browser (like FB Container in Firefox for example).
To use the IG Business feed, you must have 1) an IG Business account, 2) that IG Business account linked to a FB Business Page & 3) have admin privileges for that FB Business Page. If any of these parameters are not met, the shortcode will not return a feed.
When acquiring an IG Business access token, make sure to log in through your personal FB account. Then, in the prompts, your managed IG linked FB accounts will list. Check the account that you need and once the prompts have returned you to WordPress, click on your page banner, and then click the ‘Save’ button that appears.
Then, you can go to Feed Them > Settings to generate a new IG Business Feed shortcode.
After you update/publish, you may need to clear the FTS cache. Also, manually clear any caching plugins that you have installed as well.
Lastly, if all of the above parameters have been met and you are still not seeing the feed, then it is possible that another plugin or theme may be interfering. Try deactivating all other plugins besides the Feed Them Social plugins temporarily. Then test to see if it works. If this works, try reactivating them, one by one, to see which one is causing the issue.
If deactivating all plugins doesn’t help the issue try switching themes to one of the default WordPress themes then look at the page (this can be done under the Appearance tab of your install). It’s possible the theme is causing errors.
