Feed Does Not Yet Exist Error

    I am trying to create a product feed but it is not creating it. On the WP Product Feed Manager it says it is ready but when I click view I get this error message: This feed does not yet exists, please (re)generate this feed first.

    I have trying regenerating it multiple times, and even deleted and redownloaded the plugin but I still run into the same error.

    Hello @aprostwp,

    Thank you for contacting us.
    Does the feed manager generates the feed? Does it tells you how many products there are in the feed etc? And only when you click the view link when you get this error?

    Could you check your server and see if there is a wppfm-feeds direcotry in the wp-content/uploads directory? Could you check the permission on the directory?

    Hi @aukejomm ,

    Yes, the feed manager shows the feed and I can see how many products are in it, but it gives me that error when I click view.

    I am not sure how to check my server as you instructed. I cannot locate where wp-content/uploads directory might be on SiteGround.

    What is the xml feed url @aprostwp ?

    @aukejomm the feed url is /wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds/Google-EC-Feed.xml
