    Hi there,

I took a look at your page and it looks like you have a few javascript errors when I take a look at the console on individual post pages. Our plugin relies heavily on javascript so you will just see a loading symbol if the javascript is unable to run.

You can try disabling other plugins to see if one of them is causing the issue or switch themes (temporarily) to see if the theme is causing the error.

Let me know if you have any more questions!

Hey thanks you for the reply Craig, but I find it strange that I have javascript issues on individual post pages but no problems on any page.

Really, the only thing that’s present on a single post that isn’t on a page is my comments, author and related posts sections, and as far as I know, those shouldn’t interfere.

Is there anyway to overcome this without disabling the functionality of my website?

Also, I have tried deactivating any additional plugins that are present on single post vs. the rest of the pages and it still causes the same issue.

    Hello again,

It looks like there are two files that are causing an error. There is a require.js that has the url of linksalpha.com/scripts/require.js and the other error is coming from Contact Form 7.

Sometimes themes or even plugins conditionally load their javascript files onto a page so that might explain why this is not happening on every page.

You would need to fix those errors or contact the theme author to see if they have a fix. It is hard to tell exactly what file is ultimately causing the problem as code from another file that is not showing an error might be the real source.

Hopefully that gives you a place to start. Unfortunately there isn’t another way to get our plugin working if the errors aren’t fixed.

Determined the plugin that is causing the issues is Contact Form 7. Not sure why.

Yeah that is strange. Thanks for letting me know what plugin was causing the issue. I will note that for future issues like this.

Let me know if you need anything else! No obligation of course, but if you like the plugin and feel like leaving a super-quick review then we always really appreciate it!

    Thanks!
