    Hey Michael,

    I just checked our support ticketing queue and it looks like you submitted a ticket only 2 hours ago which is why we haven’t been able to respond yet. Sorry about that, it usually takes us a few hours to get respond to all of the support tickets each morning. I’ve just taken a look at your site though and it looks like your Access Token is too short. Are you sure you copy and pasted the entire token?

    If so, and the issue is still occurring then please email me back in the support thread (I’ll respond to it now) with a screenshot of the settings page after retrieving the token so that I can see the token you’re receiving.
