    Hi guys,
    the feed doesn’t work properly, it stays uploading for hours.

    In the process list, when the feed update is started, this process remains fixed by blocking the operation of the db:

    SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS...

    Can I have support?

    Hi @exifi , thanks for informing us. Can you please e-mail us the following details in our support email:

    1. Screenshots of the feed configuration you set

    2. System Status:
    ?>>Go to your Dashboard > Product feed > Settings
    ?>>On top, go to the System Status tab. See Image: https://jmp.sh/FIq5DFu?
    >>Take a screenshot and send it to us.

    3. Logs:
    >>Go to your Dashboard > Product feed > Settings
    >>On top, go to the Logs tab. See Image: https://jmp.sh/6NGnhal
    >>Choose the latest log and click on View
    >>Then click on Copy, save it on a text document and send it to us.

    Simply send these data to our support e-mail and will give you an update there. Thanks.
