Feed Error Message

    Since I upgraded to 4.9 The plugin no longer works with a feed that had previously worked without an issue. I get the following error message:

    Invalid feed URL – Double check the feed source URL setting above.

    I have tried forcing the feed and that was a waste of time. I get the following message in the error log:

    [22-06-2016 21:03:20] [Error] WPRSS > wprss_get_feed_items:
    Failed to fetch feed “https://idadanceblog.com/feed/”. The resource could not be retrieved because of a client error with code 400
    Server returned 1392 characters, of which 150 are below:

    <head>
    <style type=”text/css”>
    body{background-color:#f4f9fa}
    .centered{text-align:center}
    .container{border:1px solid #e2e2e2;width:1200px;

    The feed has been validated and works fine elsewhere.

    Hi, sorry to hear about this.

    We were unable to reproduce this issue on our end and the feed source worked fine for us too. Looking at your site it seems like you’re using our premium add-ons, is that correct?
