    Hello,
I’m getting an error stating: Connected account for the user does not have permission to use this feed type. I haven’t been able to confirm what access level the client’s Facebook account has yet but maybe that’s the issue?

I’ve tried reconnecting the client’s Business account but I run into another error when trying to reconnect.
    Error: No Accounts Found
    Couldn’t find Business Profile

I’ve checked and the Smash Balloon app is enabled and active on both Facebook and Instagram. The Instagram account is also connected to Facebook so not sure why this error would occur?

    Hi @nutdesign333,

Could you confirm that you have an Instagram Business Profile. You can follow this guide for how to create one: Instagram Business Profiles (required for Hashtag and Tagged feeds) – Smash Balloon. You can then reconnect your feed using the Instagram Business Profile. If you still cannot connect your feed, please submit a support request via the form on our website,?https://smashballoon.com/support/, and include the System Info.?

To obtain this information, please follow the steps on this page: https://smashballoon.com/doc/how-to-get-system-info. We ask you to use our form, as the System Info contains other website information from your site, which we do not suggest posting here.

Please also include the link to this forum thread in your ticket as it will make it easier for me to follow up.

    Thanks!

It’s ok it turns out the All Feeds section had lost connection to the data source – I added the feed again and it’s working now.
