Feed for only the comments of a specific user

I know how to get the feed for only the posts of a specific user/author. How do I get the feed for the comments?

https://myblog.com/author/username/feed/ for posts.

I tried to add the word comments to this feed url but it does not work. Please do help. Thanks.
