Feed from 3 WPMU into a wp site

  • would it be possible to feed all fields desire -like course id with its unique post created from all different WPmu into a single wordpress site —

    then could search on the site and when id and post appears will redirect user to the correspondent site- page —were they will register

    would this be possible — if so—how can I achieve this — were do i have to go or what do i have to do, how do i do it?
