Sorry to reopen a thread about it, but I tried everything I found on FAQ. At first the feed gets stuck at 0%. WP_cron is enabled. I had an error about php timeout and increased the time limit to 300 sec. Then the feed was still stuck at 0%. Next, I edited the batch size at 50 and the feed gets stuck at 7%. I hope you can understand my explanation. What could you propose to solve the problem?

Hi, sorry to hear you are experiencing a stuck feed again. Our advise will pretty much the same as last time:

    • Make sure to de-activate and re-activate the plugin as that will reset all cron hooks needed for the plugin
    • Did you again check the WooCommerce fatal error logs of today to see if there is any error in there that can indicate what is going on? Please share the content of that log here so we can have a look too

Hi, today there is no fatal error but the feed gets stuck at 81%. How long should it take normally to create the feed? I increased the php time limit through the cpanel to 300 sec but on woocommerce status it is still shown as 90 sec. Any other solutions to try? Thank you.

Hi, I contacted my hosting provider and changed the php time limit at 300. Now at woocommerce status it is 300 sec. Although I am still not able to create my feed.
