Feed has stopped updating

Thanks for sharing your debug.log, according to the log file the feed last updated on these dates:

[09 Jun 2022 07:09] => 234
[10 Jun 2022 07:09] => 234
[11 Jun 2022 07:10] => 234

So your feed indeed is no longer updating.

Did you perhaps disable your WP-cron?

When you did not disable your WP-cron can you check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today to see if there is anything in there? Such as maximum CPU/Memory usage errors or maximum execution time errors? This is where you can find those logs: https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

I have not diasbled WP-cron.

I didn’t find a fatal error log in the dropdown, does that mean that I don’t have any errors?

Can you check your WP-cron events/hooks and share the ones with us that start with woosea_ ?

Could you give me a detailed instruction on how I do it?

• Download and install a WP-cron plugin
• Open that plugin (Tools > Cron Events)
• Search the column ‘Hook’ for all hooks that start with woosea

Column 1: woosea_cron_hook
Column 2: Inget (None in swedish)
Column 3: 2022-06-29 13:43:59 47 minuter 1 sekund
Column 4: woosea_create_all_feeds()
Column 5: Once every hour

Ok, that really should work. There is no notification on top of our plugin (on the manage feed) or on top of the WP-cron plugin page saying that the WP-cron has been disabled or is being spawned?

No!

Could it be an idea to deactivate and then activate the plugin or would that mean extra work for me?

You can always do so without the risk of having to reconfigure your feed. I do however don’t think it will make any difference.

Are you sure there really are no errors in your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today?

Like i said before, I couldn’t find a fatal error log in the dropdown, does that mean that I don’t have any errors or why can’t I find it in the dropdown?

When there is no fatal error changes are big there indeed is no error (or you disabled the error logging) which makes it really hard determining why your feed is not processing.

Nonetheless can you try lowering the batch size of our plugin from the default 750 products per batch to a much lower number, such as 200, to see if that makes a difference? This is how you can do so: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/
