Feed images are not appearing in Firefox

  • Hello,

    The Instagram account is connected and loading images on Chrome. But on Firefox the images are not loading.

    I am using the latest wordpress and plugin version.

    In customize tab, i have tried uncheck/disable “Enable Backup Caching” option and also changed “Force cache to clear on interval” option to Yes. But still the same issue.

    I have also tried the default wordpress theme.

    Hey asif-sk,

    I’m wondering if you have any browser extensions or add-ons that might be causing the problem. Can you try disabling them to see if it makes a difference?

    I have the same problem. Plugins I use include: Facebook Container. If the Facebook Container add-on is not allowed to run in a Safe Browser window (through add on settings), the Instagram pictures are displayed as normal.

    I have same problem, I found that AdBlock Plus extension for Firefox somehow blocks this plugin to load.

    Same problem. Images appear in Chrome, Brave, Safari, but not in Firefox.
    Disabling Firefox extension Facebook Container makes images appear.
    Is there another way?

    Hey horus79,

    We are fairly confident this is due to how the plugin is loaded (using AJAX). We are working on a major update that will most likely fix it. We are hoping that it will be available in early to mid-July. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime!
