    Hello!

Here’s an odd one for you. I am redesigning a site for a client. The current site utilizes this plugin and it works just fine. Here’s an example.

I have the same plugin installed on the new development site, with all the same settings and the feed loads but does not display the images at all. I even used the same theme in use on the current site (Twenty Eleven).

I have disconnected and re-connected the plugin several times to the correct Instagram account as well – no luck.

They are on two different servers. The current site is at Namecheap and the development site is at Pair.

Any advice or assistance would be most appreciated!

Hello! Thanks for the quick reply.

It is now loading in Chrome and Safari, but not Firefox (76.0.1).

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

This is likely being caused by a Firefox extension/add-on. Can you temporarily disable any extensions/add-ons to see if this resolves the issue on your end?

Many thanks, hope you are having a great day!

You are correct! It was an extension on Firefox: Facebook Container. Once disabled, the feed displays correctly.

Thanks for helping me figure this out – most appreciated!

    p.s.
You have a great plugin so you may want to contact them to work out a solution. According to the stats, it’s recommended by Firefox and is installed in 2,000,000+ browsers.
