Feed images not showing as squares

    I’ve seen multiple posts on this issue and tried the respective fixes to no avail. Can you help me understand why images aren’t showing as squares anymore. I’ve inspected code looking for css problems and can’t locate any. I’ve tried the js loading fixes recommended elsewhere, cleared caches, etc.

    Hi @scottbothel,

    The issue may be a conflict with another plugin, as we couldn’t get it replicated at our end. To find the conflicting plugin or theme, please do the following:

    1. Switch to a default theme like Twenty-Twenty Three and check the issue again. If the issue is resolved, your theme is causing the issue and it’s best to check with your theme author.
    2. Temporarily deactivate all 3rd-party plugins and check if the issue gets resolved. If resolved, start activating them one by one. Each time you activate a plugin, check for the issue. When the issue reappears, you will find the conflicting plugin

    I recommend doing this on a staging website to avoid affecting your live website. This is to avoid the risk of working on a live website.

    Once you find the conflicting plugin, we can replicate the issue at our end to see which plugin is responsible for it so we can proceed with fixing it or ask the other plugin’s development team to fix it.
