Feed importer does not import/stuck?

Please install “Advanced Cron Manager” plugin and check what processes are scheduled(Dashboard > Tools > Cron Manager). The task that updates the feeds in Ai1ec is called ai1ec_cron. Check what time Advanced Cron Manager says it will run it.

ai1ec_cron runs twice a day. Next run is at 14.09.2016 04:08:36

So that looks good. And I guess that is has been running all the time. This is not the problem I guess.

Whats next? I still have the idea that it has to do with our account for the API.

I don’t understand. According to: https://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/first-troubleshooting-step/ The calendar IS working! So please explain what you mean I cannot import events.

The destination calendar:

The feed of Groningen ( https://groningen.piratenpartij.nl/?plugin=all-in-one-event-calendar&controller=ai1ec_exporter_controller&action=export_events) does give me an iCal file. So that is also working…

Second, I cannot shutdown plugins on a live site. So that is not an option. Also if I have to wait for the cron job to work, I will have to shutdown my site for a maximum of 12 hours! Which is not possible at all!

My test calendar shows imported 0 events, so obviously there is something wrong with these two calendars, it’s hard to know without checking the sites, can you create a staging site with the same installation and database and test the conflicts?
