    Have regenerated my google feed and processed the feed in google – New products added aren’t syncing to google and CTX keeps displaying old items that have been removed – Do i need to delete and regenerate a new feed to google or is there something I’m missing – any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    As the feed is not removing old items and not adding new items, it’s clearly a caching issue. Please make sure the feed is not being cached by any caching tool like caching plugin or server caching.

    To avoid caching please, make sure to exclude the feed directory from any caching tool you are using. Here you can find the instructions on how to exclude the feed directory from a few popular caching plugins – How to solve Feed Configuration not updating issue?

    Once the feed directory is excluded from the caching tool, regenerate the feed and check manually if the new items are included and the old ones are removed. If yes, go to your merchant centre and re-upload or fetch the feed again.
