The feed has stopped to work, now it is stuck and i do not know what to do further.

    What I have done is:

    1. Checked WP-Cron – enabled
    2. Deactivate the plug-in and re-activate
    3. Tried to manually start update feed
    4. Delete the plug-in and re-install

    Still it is hung up.

PHP setting is set to 300s.

    Any ideas of next steps?

    Nope, still not working.

Have stopped at 34%, nothing happens.

Did you have a plugin update around 9 September?

I think it is really weird that all has worked fine from February until 9 September, no changes in set-up. Just stopped working.

    No error log anywhere.

Any more ideas? Or do I have to find another plugin?

Is there a debug mode that can be activated, maby that can shred some light on the case.

    Hi,

Can you try updating to version 10.6.6 of our plugin to see if that solves the issue at hand?

    (@ocean75)

    Sure, testing now.
Will give feedback later when I have the result.

It went quite quickly up to 49%, but now it is stuck there for the past 15-20 minutes.

Ans still nothing in the WooCommerce fatal error logs of today?

Can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us? Perhaps we see something odd in your feed configuration. This is where you can find the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Hi again

Testet now with CTXFeed and it worked with no issue, feed was produced in less than 10 minutes.

This was also the case with Feed PRO before, feed was produced fairly quick.

CTXFeed is though more limited than Feed PRO, so I much rather have your plugin up and running again.

Any new trick up the sleeve?

lower the batch size even more, try 100?

    Thread Starter ocean75

    (@ocean75)

Nope, 200 and 100 is still not working.

    Stuck at 49%.

Testet again with CTXFeed, have tried to make three different feeds.
    Google
    FB
    Price runner

    No issue…

I do not understand why your plugin have stopped to worked, no fatal log, no limit of memory (4gb is available), no time out (300s) etc. It only gets stuck during production of feed.

Something happened after the update that was released the 9 September, do you have a revert version from before 9 September that can be tested?

    No ideas?

Can you try updating to version 10.6.7 of our plugin to see if that solves the issue at hand?

    Thread Starter ocean75

    (@ocean75)

Stuck at 2%, so no solution yet.

Do you have an old version from before 9 September update, so I can test if the issue is there.

You can download older versions from the WordPress repository:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/

Scroll down all the way to the page. You’ll find a drop-down where you can find all previous versions. Try version 10.6.1 or so.
