Feed is stuck

    The feed has stopped to work, now it is stuck and i do not know what to do further.

    What I have done is:

    1. Checked WP-Cron – enabled
    2. Deactivate the plug-in and re-activate
    3. Tried to manually start update feed
    4. Delete the plug-in and re-install

    Still it is hung up.

    PHP setting is set to 300s.

    Any ideas of next steps?

  • You could try some more older releases but I doubt that that will make any difference though.

    Did you also try the version we released this morning?

    Tested new version, still not working.

    Problem is solved!

    There was an update in the server firewall that stopped all incoming traffic, therefore the server blocked the feed file to get stored.

    Now all feeds is processed and working as they should – just need to test the file itself against Facebook and Google.
