Feed keeps adding deleted posts for review and…

I use google feed/reader to que news I beleive is relevant to what my viewers are interested in, the posts go into review status and if I like them I publish them. However with the google RSS/reader feed, the ones I delete always come back in the google feed for review when it is updated. I have to delete and/or ignore these ones, however the list keeps growing and growing becasue the feeder itself does not delete them. Is there a plug in that will stop the posts I have already deleted from appearing again or is there a setting in wordpress or google reader to stop sending ones already sent?
