Feed not Automatically Refreshing

    Good day, your feed is not automatically refreshing. I have to manually refresh, then go to Merchant center and “Fetch Now” why is the data not automatically being updated. I have the plugin set to refresh Daily but still nothing.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear your feed is not refreshing automatically. Most likely this indicates there is an issue with your WP-cron.

    Did you already try de-activating & re-activating the plugin as that will reset all cron hooks needed for the automated updates?

    Also, is there no red notification showing on top of the plugin pages indicating that your WP-cron is disabled?

    Assuming the issue at hand is sorted and/or our support is no longer required I will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.
