Feed Not Creating

    It seems to run with no errors but the feed does not create, there is no sign of the file it in the directory.

    Also the rex-feed folder is not in uploads (wp-content/uploads/rex-feed). I tried creating it and giving it full permissions but still not working.

    I do not use wordfence.

    It is almost like it doesn’t have relevant permissions to create the file within the relevant folder.

    Can you please let us know your WordPress version, WooCommerce Version and PHP version?

    Also, please let us know what console error you get.

    To find out the console error follow the instructions below:
    >>Right click on your webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser). See Image: https://jmp.sh/ajNCIL5

    >>You get an extended window popping up. See Image: https://jmp.sh/GEYpHS1

    >>It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. See Image: https://jmp.sh/ihU0SQO

    >Take a screenshot and send it to us.

    Once we get this information, we will come up with an appropriate solution. Thanks.

    Hi, Richard, thanks for the information.

    However, you need to give me a screenshot of Console, after generating the feed as in, after you click on “Update” and the feed URL is ready. (Sorry for not specifying earlier).
