  • Hi @todga,

Thank you for using Feedzy and for reaching out!

Let’s address your questions one by one:

    1. The feed needs to be valid in order for the import to work. Could you please share the feed URL you’re using so we can check it? You can also validate the feed yourself using this tool: Feed Validator. If the feed isn’t valid, the import won’t work.
    2. Feedzy automatically makes imported feeds searchable in WordPress as long as tthe imported Posts have the status Published.
    3. WordPress automatically includes posts in the search results, so they should be searchable unless something is excluding them.

Let us know if you need further assistance!

    Best regards,
    Mara

    Hi @todga,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Would you please share your RSS?feed?URL and?screenshots of how you set up the feed?so we can take a closer look?

When you import the feeds as posts they will be searchable like normally created posts.

    Hello,

    Thanks.

If Feedzy widget was used to get the posts, the posts are not searchable.

How to make the posts from widgets searchable?

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

The posts from the Feedzy widget are not searchable as they are not physically present on your site. If you want to make them searchable, you will need to import them as posts.

I hope it helps, thank you!
