I currently have 9 tweets displayed on my site.

    When I choose to display:

    • 1 item displays only the second most recent tweet/li>
    • 5 items displays only the first tweet, from 8 months ago
    • 6 items displays the 5 oldest tweets
    • 8 items displays the 5 oldest tweets
    • 9 items displays the 6 oldest tweets
    • 10 items displays the 4 oldest tweets

I also find that although the count for 2,3,4, and 7 items is correct.. but that the recent tweets aren’t being added.

Has anyone come across this issue and/or have a solution?

It sounds like you have cached twitter responses for each of those numbers, but Twitter updates aren’t processing properly. Try to clear the locks (on the settings page). If that doesn’t work, it’s likely a server configuration issue that’s keeping your site from making a request to itself (which is how the background update process is spawned).

I have a problem here to.

When I change the default number from 10 to, say 5, on the drop down menu in settings, when I hit save it reverts to 10.

Not that I think this is the issue, but clearing locks gives “There were no locks to clear”.

    Thank you!

I have a problem with it.

I set 10 to “How many items would you like to display? “, but it only shows one tweet.

    How can I fix it?

Same problem for me. Independent from the setting (I’ve tried 5, 6, 7) The widget alway shows only the last 3 tweets. With a setting of 8 and 9 it shows the last 4 tweets. I haven’t tried any further.
