Feed not generating

We are working on a new release (version 1.21.1) that might solve your issue. It’s expected to be released today.

Please wait for this new version to be released, update to it and try again. Before trying please make sure to first open the Feed Manager => Settings page and press the “Clear feed process” button once to make sure the queue is cleared of the failed feed. Then regenerate the feed again.

Hey guy’s thanks for the support and sorry for the late response, i am having some issues with the plug in i think as when i send it merchant centre it’s saying that some of the image links can’t be retrieved and also landing page issue but i have checked all the URL and they all work.

Hello Tom (@tjs90),

I would advise you to contact the Google support if the links are all correct and the landing page is correct. Sometimes Google has it wrong and calling the helpdesk solves the issue quick.

I am on with speaking to them now they are going to expedite it to a “specialist”. Thanks for the quick reply @aukejomm.

Hey @aukejomm i’ve spoken to google and they’re sure it’s the website, it’s really strange because the website works on my side but they were saying the images were not loading which is strange.

When i upload the image manually it works which is also strange hope you can help as i want to use this plugin going forward it makes life so much easier

That is weird as you can show them the images are loading perfectly.
So what is the error you get in the merchant feed?
Could you also share the feed URL?

What products are affected? Are only some images affected or all in the feed?
