Feed not showing

    My instagram feed is not showing and instead page is showing this message:
    “Cannot get other user media. API shut down by Instagram. Sorry. Display only your media.”

  • Dear @jarrodlmiles,

    Instagram has shut down its API partially without any warning. Unfortunately, now it only allows bringing media from the Instagram account of the user, which is authenticated in Instagram Feed WD plugin. It is not possible to fetch feeds from other public accounts.

    Instagram Feed WD does not have control over Instagram API. However, in the newest version of the plugin, we have implemented an alternate solution, which allows you to authenticate multiple users and create their feeds.

    Please try to authenticate with your account.

    The authentication happens by clicking on the “Connect an Instagram Account” in the settings.

    But you’ll have to select the activated account in “Feeds” from the dropdown to show it on the actual site: https://imgur.com/a/MP6XpoT
