Feed not showing on site

I have added your widget to a site I’m building for a client, but cannot get the feed to show. In your help screen, your feed shows, mine does not. So, I have done the two trouble shooting tips you recommend (verify you have entered the correct page information, and I’ve made sure my FB page is publically viewable, and that it has no Country, Age, or other restrictions placed on it.)
