    Hey aynex,

If your System Info is good (as it is) and you’re able to get the JSON data response using your Page ID and Access Token then it usually points to a server issue. From experience with other user’s it usually ends up being a setting on your web server that is blocking your site from being able to connect to the Facebook API directly from your server via PHP. To resolve this you could try adding the following to your server’s hosts file:

    69.171.224.54 graph.facebook.com

If you’re not able to do this yourself then your web hosting support team should be able to do it for you very easily. It would also be a good idea to check with your host that they aren’t blocking any connection to external APIs. Some hosts block certain connections for security reasons, or deploy a firewall on your server which can cause connectivity issues.

    Hopefully that helps,

    John

    Hey Aynex,

Were you able to get things working? I’m going to mark this thread as resolved due to inactivity but if you have any further questions or issues then just let me know.
