Feed not showing up – only code?

    The shortcode is only supported in the Pro version. Have you submitted a ticket to our Priority support form? https://wordimpress.com/support

    Make sure you have the Pro version installed and not the Free one.

    hmmmm – that wouldn’t explain why it was working and then stopped showing up correctly. Would this be a result of a recent upgrade to the plugin? Also, that doesn’t explain why the icon would disappear from the wysiwyg editor. The support forum link circled me back to here.

    Actually, if you are running the FREE version instead of the PAID version that would explain it perfectly because the FREE version doesn’t support the shortcode at all.

    There have been instances when clicking “Update” the user gets the FREE version instead of the PAID version. To confirm, go to “Settings > Google Reviews” and look in the top right corner. That will either say “Premium Version” or “Free Version”.

    Regarding the Support form, the Support page shows both the FREE support option and a login for Paid customers. Click on the “Priority Support” tab to login and submit your Priority Support ticket.
