Feed not updating

    Since sometime feed is not getting updating automatically. Manually it does get updated. System details are below

    Hi @mananmushtaq02

    According to the system status, the php memory limit of your serve is 512MB which is quite low for auto updating a feed containing more than 8k items. So, we suggest you to increase the php memory limit to 2GB and then, follow the below steps –

    1. Go to CTX Feed > Settings > disable the new cron system
    2. Now, go to manage feed > edit feed > update and regenerate each feeds one by one
    3. Once all the feeds are manually regenerated, wait for next auto update interval to confirm if the auto update is working.
    4. Also, make sure the auto update interval time is not less then 6hrs.

    Hi, our php memory limit has been 512MB has been same for 3 years now and CTX feed had been working fine, its just been since 2 of Sep it is not getting updated.

    Recently we had disabled legacy rest API and also woocommerce got updated.

    Also ?the new cron system is already disabled.

    We have tried to change update interval time but nothing works. Only manual regeneration works, auto has stopped working

    The auto update may work with such low memory limit but not the ideal setup for a feed containing more thank 8k items. So, my suggestion would be to increate the memory limit and try again.

    Hello, inceased Php memory but still now updating. Anything else we can do or check?

    Please confirm what cron schedules sould be there? We checked on cron schedules we could find only one named woo_feed_corn
