Feed not updating. Tried to regenerate feed multiple times

    So far we could understand you have an issue with auto updata.

    First of all, auto-updates depend on your server’s resources, so make sure your server has significant resources; if there’s an issue, such an issue will appear on your log at CTX Feed > Status > Log.?How to Fix Auto Feed Update, Not Working Issue?

    If there’s not issue please, Proceed to your feed list, open each feed configuration one by one, and regenerate the feed. This action will reschedule all of your feeds in the old cron system.

    However if you’re using new cron system please revert back to old cron system following this:

    1. Navigate to CTX Feed > Settings and disable the new cron system; ensure that it’s set to disabled.
    2. Proceed to your feed list, open each feed configuration one by one, and regenerate the feed. This action will reschedule all of your feeds in the old cron system.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I’m not sure if auto update is issue or feed generation, because it wont show on websites or update price (if it is shown own website which is geting feed). Products disappeared from website, and it was working before. Examples

    I have tried this so far:

    • Regenerating feed
    • Update and generate feed option
    • Exclude feed from WP-Rocket
    • CTX Log is not found, but debug mode is enabled
    • I also have checked Woocoomerce error log. Woocomerce filter plugin had a fatal error so i disabled, but didn’t helped.
    • Enable/disable New Cron System (it was already disabled)
    • woo_feed_update_single_feed – don’t have it in Cron Manager

    Hello @topboj ,

    The cron event ‘woo_feed_update_single_feed’ should be created when you have your feed configuration open and click ‘Update And Generate Feed’ if your WP cron is enabled. However, if the issue persists please reach us from here

    Update:

    Bot protection mode of Cloudflare was blocking regenerate feed to show.

    woo_feed_update_single_feed is shown and it is working, but it is not refreshing prices., so i have contacted host support to check cron jobs on server and everything is ok.

    So only issue now is prices are not updated manually, buy they are updated when i hit regenerate.

    Hello @topboj,

    If the feed is updating at the scheduled interval but the data within the feed, such as the price, is not updating, it could be due to a cache issue. Please clear the cache from your server side and from any cache plugin you have installed. Additionally, you can exclude CTX Feed from the cache plugin by following this article: How to solve Feed Configuration not updating issue?
