    Hi Physixfan,

It could be that the feed validator have trouble with the Chinese characters, but I am not super sure about this. Does MailChimp tell you your feed is invalid?

In any case, this is not something directly related to this plugin as the plugin itself does not modify your feed in any way. It looks like you’re using some kind of translation plugin to handle multiple languages, I’d ask the author of that plugin to see if he knows anything about the invalid feed.

Otherwise, can you try ignoring the validation errors and just trying to create an RSS campaign based on that feed?

Hope that helps. If not, let me know!

    Thanks for your instant reply!

I think we can’t blame all to Chinese language. Because if you delete the paragraph that has an error, the feed is validate. The problem is that what exactly caused that error?!

I can’t ignore this error because with this error existing, MailChimp doesn’t allow me to create a campaign.

    Hello physixfan,

I agree, better to fix the error. As my colleague suggested please do contact the plugin author of the translation plugin or support of MailChimp.com so they could provide you with some solution to this.
As we are not affiliated with MailChimp.com we have little control over this and would not be the right person to assist you with the same.

I hope you are able to resolve this soon.
