This issue occurs, when you update, authenticate, create a new feed, but you do not change the shortcode.

Please enter feeds section, in front of your newly created feed you’ll see a shortcode, please copy that shortcode and insert it into the page where you want to publish the feed.

The most probably on your Instagram feed displaying page you have the old shortcode, you can just replace that shortcode with the new one.

Please let me know if you’ll still have any issues or difficulties.

I have already tried, reconnecting my account with Instagram and Facebook, setting up a new feed and can confirm the shortcode is correct but still I get “There is no media in this feed”.

They’ll try to help you, please mention this forum post link as a subject of your ticket.

Please post the solution. I’m also having the same issues after creating a new feed, reconnecting it and adding the new shortcode.

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the plugin installed on your site, that is 1.4.4 if free and 2.4.4 if pro. You can check the version WordPress admin area >plugins section.
