Feed not working

How did you add the RSS url to your site’s header?

I didn’t it was part of my theme. I checked the header and found this:
<li> <a>"> <img src="<?php echo get_template_directory_uri(); ?>/images/rss.png"> </a> </li>
Unfortunately, I don’t know enough of coding to be able to change this…

Where did you install WordPress on your domain?

In the root. Why?

I’m trying to figure out what you have https://www.scrapster.be/blog/feed/ as your feed url. That suggests that you originally installed WordPress in a sub-folder called blog.

My feed has always been https://www.scrapster.be/feed/ and I would prefer it to still be that. It’s just that since the new theme, I went to https://validator.w3.org and when I typed the url there, it didn’t validate. When I typed https://www.scrapster.be/blog/feed/ it did validate. But like I said I would really prefer it to be just scrapster.be/feed! I never installed wordpress in a subfolder…

Ok, I found the culprit. It was the plugin ‘Advanced Permalinks’ that was causing this. I deactivated it and my feed works fine now.
