Feed of product and review generated failed

    The feeds of products and reviews cannot be generated successfully. After checking the xml files under uploads/cr, it seems the xml file does not have a closed tag of </reviews> </feed> in review feed file and no closed tag of </feed> in the product feed file.

    Any solutions please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    It looks like the feeds are not generated completely. Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a standard theme of WordPress then go to Reviews > Google > Re-save settings to re-generate the feed and check this issue again.

    Tried with all plugin disabled except these 2, but still not working.

    Hi,

    In your screenshot, do you see the notice message “XML Product Feed for Google Shopping is being generated …” disappear after a while?
    If not, there will be an issue with WP Cron on your site. If yes, can you please share your feed URLs?

    It never disappeared. WP Cron is always working because we have some other cron job there.

    The final url is 404.
